We have written to insurance industry bodies to acknowledge the work insurers have done to respond to the needs of their customers during the COVID-19 crisis, and to outline our expectations for their continued good conduct. The letter sets out steps insurers can take to ensure they are addressing customer needs, and includes examples of good practice we have seen.
